My clinical interests include emotion regulation, body image, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety and depression among children, adolescents and young adults. I strive to create a space that is warm and compassionate. I understand how brave my clients are to be able to share their stories with me.
I incorporate cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into my practice. A common theme in my work is the mind-body connection, and how accepting and understanding our emotions can help us move through life in a fulfilling way.
